01. Who we are and what this covers
UNKNWN LABS operates Ultra Hub, an internal business analytics and operations service. Ultra Hub collects analytics already available to an authorized client and stores the information privately for that client’s and UNKNWN LABS’ agency work. The information is not sold.
This policy covers Ultra Hub’s authorized Instagram, Facebook Page and Meta advertising analytics integrations, related reporting, and the website information described below. The associated Meta developer app is named Unknwnlabs - Ultra Hub.
Business owners or their authorized representatives connect the accounts and business assets they are entitled to manage. We process their information to provide authorized reporting and operational support. Where we act on a client’s instructions, that client also determines how its business information is used. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of Meta or our clients, or describe an unrelated client website or service.
02. Information we collect
The information available depends on the account, permissions granted, API capabilities and reporting period. We obtain information through authorized Meta APIs, authorized client-provided records, and communications with account representatives.
- Account and authorization information: account, Page, professional profile, business and advertising identifiers; usernames and display names; connections between business assets; account status, currency and time zone; permissions and token-expiration metadata; and access credentials needed to operate an authorized integration.
- Published content information: native post, media and video identifiers; captions, messages or descriptions; content type; publishing timestamps; links; and other metadata returned for authorized content.
- Organic performance observations: available reach, views, likes, comments, reactions, saves and shares, with the associated content identifiers, reporting periods and collection timestamps. Some metrics are cumulative snapshots rather than measurements for a single day.
- Advertising reports: authorized advertising account and campaign identifiers and names; reporting dates; spend, impressions, reach, clicks, cost per click and click-through rate, when returned. Report measurements are associated with campaigns and reporting periods.
- Validation and operational records: permitted source responses, normalized observations, inventories, processing checkpoints, execution receipts, error classifications and relevant access or troubleshooting records. Depending on the response Meta returns, source records for Page engagement may also contain identifiers or visible profile information associated with interactions, even when the report uses aggregate counts.
- Contact information: the name, email address, business/account reference and message you provide when requesting support or exercising privacy rights.
Credentials are handled separately from ordinary reporting tables and are not intentionally included in published reports or this website. The current analytics collectors use read-only source requests; they do not publish posts, send social messages or change advertising campaigns.
03. How we use information
We use information to verify authorized accounts, retrieve and validate analytics, maintain historical observations, prepare reports, compare performance over time, and support client-authorized business analysis. We also use operational records to prevent duplicate or conflicting records, recover interrupted processing, investigate errors, protect access and notify authorized administrators of failures or credential issues.
Historical snapshots allow later analysis of changes in cumulative metrics. Preserving a snapshot does not mean that a cumulative total represents new activity in every reporting period. Authorized personnel may use analysis tools, including AI-assisted tools, to interpret approved information or troubleshoot exceptions. Routine API collection is designed to run independently of an AI agent.
05. How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as it is needed for the authorized reporting relationship, historical comparisons, operational recovery, security or applicable legal obligations, and only as permitted by applicable platform requirements. Different categories may need different retention periods; there is no single fixed period for all Ultra Hub records.
The reporting system preserves repeated observations and source provenance rather than routinely replacing or automatically expiring historical measurements. When information is no longer needed, or deletion is required by a valid request, platform requirements or law, we delete or de-identify the relevant information as appropriate. Deletion review includes reporting records and relevant staging, source-response and processing records; disconnecting an account alone does not establish that all previously stored copies have been deleted.
06. How information is protected
We use access controls, restricted service configuration, separate credential storage, account scoping, destination validation and sanitized operational logging to protect information. Access credentials are not intended to appear in ordinary logs or reporting sheets. Access to scripts and storage is limited to authorized administrators and service operations.
No online service or storage method is completely secure. If you believe your connected account or Ultra Hub information has been accessed improperly, contact us promptly using the address below.
07. Your choices and privacy rights
You can ask us about the information we process, request access or correction, request deletion, or ask to stop a connected integration. Depending on the law applicable to you and the information involved, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a data-protection authority. We assess and respond to requests under the applicable requirements.
You may also remove or change the app’s access through the relevant Meta account or business integration controls. Revoking access can prevent future collection, but does not automatically remove information already stored in Ultra Hub. To address stored information, use the deletion procedure below. If your request concerns a client’s own service or information we process on that client’s instructions, we may coordinate the request with that client.
08. How to request data deletion
- Identify the account, Page, content or business information involved. A public account/Page link or relevant native identifier is helpful.
- Explain whether you want specific records deleted, all associated information deleted, or future collection stopped. Include a contact address where we can respond.
- We may request limited additional information to confirm your identity or authority. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or verification codes.
We review the request, coordinate with the account owner or client where necessary, and communicate the outcome within any applicable legal or platform deadline. If particular records must be retained to comply with law or another applicable obligation, we will explain the relevant limitation where permitted. A request is not completed merely by disconnecting the account or deleting one reporting row.
You can also use our dedicated data-deletion instructions page.
09. This website and other services
The public policy page provides privacy information and contact links. Private client analytics are kept in restricted systems. Website hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and security events to deliver and protect the site. Cookies and website analytics, where used by the hosting website, are also subject to that website’s published privacy and cookie notices.
Website hosting: These public pages are hosted by Wix on the UNKNWNLABS website. Wix provides hosting, delivery, security and platform services, and may process IP addresses, browser and request information, cookies, and technical performance or operational information. This is separate from the client analytics held in restricted Ultra Hub systems.
Website tracking and choices: Our optional Google Analytics integration loads only after you allow Analytics in Cookie preferences. Choosing Only necessary leaves that integration blocked. You can change your choice at any time; withdrawing consent stops our measurement and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies, but does not erase information already sent to Google. Our website's advertising tracking and Meta Pixel remain off. We do not send Ultra Hub client reports or credentials to the website's Analytics integration.
Fonts and other website features: This website requests fonts from Google Fonts, which can disclose IP address and browser/request information to Google independently of the optional Analytics choice. Other website features, including member accounts, Studio and embedded media, have separate processing described in the website Privacy Policy. See Cookies & Storage and Your Privacy Choices, or use Cookie preferences in the footer. Wix's cookie information explains platform storage; the actual inventory depends on the features in use.
Ultra Hub is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe information concerning a child has been collected inappropriately, contact us so we can review it.
Third-party services have their own practices. You can review the Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Provider notices supplement information about those services; they do not replace this Ultra Hub policy.
10. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our service or requirements change. The version published here shows its effective and last-updated dates. We will provide any additional notice required for a material change.
