Our approach
UNKNWNLABS is working toward a website and Studio experience people with disabilities can use. We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA as a design and testing target. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance.
This statement covers the redesigned homepage, services, work viewer, contact form, legal pages, Studio and campaign pages on this website. The existing live Wix site and future integrations need separate checks.
What we have built
- Page headings, descriptive form labels and text descriptions for key controls.
- Keyboard-operable buttons, native form inputs and dialogs with close controls.
- Visible keyboard focus, status messages for saves and errors, and access without relying only on the orb or graph.
- Responsive desktop and mobile layouts, semantic content and readable legal pages.
- Reduced-motion styling that follows your device preference and a control to pause the homepage background film.
- Text alongside service icons, level numbers and campaign progress; important actions are not described by color alone.
Known limitations
- Voice input: Studio Level 1 currently requires microphone access and recorded answers. It does not yet offer an equivalent typed path through the whole game. Contact us to discuss an assisted or written brief instead.
- Media: Some portfolio videos do not yet have complete captions, transcripts or audio descriptions. External media can have its own accessibility limitations.
- PDFs: Campaign PDFs have not been verified as fully tagged documents for assistive technology. The campaign page provides the same underlying brief, but that page also needs continued screen-reader testing.
- Interactive features: Reels, sticky controls, voice capture, charts, dialogs and dynamic Studio content require more testing with screen readers, high zoom and real mobile devices.
- Wix transfer: Member prompts, embedded Studio permissions and any added third-party widgets have not yet been tested in the live Wix environment.
Ways to use the site
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons. Service popups and privacy preferences have labelled close buttons; Escape closes native dialogs. Your browser’s zoom and device reduced-motion setting can help adapt the display.
Voice recording requires a browser that supports microphone access on a secure page. You can refuse microphone permission and still browse the agency site or send a contact inquiry. Optional spoken prompts and live captions depend on browser support and are not a substitute for an accessible alternative input path.
Testing and improvement
The preview has been visually reviewed at desktop and narrow phone widths, with selected keyboard, popup, form and navigation checks. These checks do not amount to a full assistive-technology or WCAG audit. We will retest after transferring the design to Wix and after changes to Studio or third-party integrations.

You can ask for another way to share a brief or receive campaign information. We will review your request and discuss an available alternative. Physical office accessibility arrangements are not described here because they have not been verified; contact us before arranging an in-person visit.
