Request deletion
- Identify the account, Page, content or business information involved. Include a public link or native identifier when available.
- Tell us whether you want specific information removed, all associated information removed, or future collection stopped. Provide a contact address for our response.
- We may ask for limited information to verify your identity or authority. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or verification codes.
UNKNWN LABS reviews requests and coordinates with the relevant client or account owner where necessary. We communicate the outcome within applicable legal or platform deadlines. Deletion review includes relevant reporting records, staged source responses and processing records. We will explain any lawful retention limitation where permitted.
Removing the app’s authorization in Meta can stop future access. It does not by itself confirm removal of previously stored Ultra Hub information; please send a deletion request for stored records.
