Using the website
These Terms describe use of the UNKNWNLABS website and UnknwnStudio. Use the service lawfully and provide information you have the right to share. Account creation and Studio are intended for people aged 18 or older. If you act for a business, you should be authorized to provide its information.
Wix provides hosting, member accounts and private campaign storage for this website. Google Analytics is optional and requires your Analytics preference. Advertising tracking remains off. Studio offers an optional AI voice guide. Review the answers and suggestions it produces before relying on them. Availability, design and functionality may change as the service develops. Viewing this page does not purchase a service; relevant account or service terms are presented in the applicable flow.
Free Studio and optional agency work
Studio guides you through your story, audience, content ideas and workflow to create a quarterly campaign draft. There is no Studio purchase or requirement to become an UNKNWNLABS client. A free account is intended to let you save and return to your campaigns.
“Launch with UNKNWNLABS” starts an inquiry. For an unfinished draft, that inquiry can ask the agency to finish the creative process with you. Neither button automatically launches advertising, signs a contract or charges a payment method.
Any paid services—including design, film, websites, advertising, sound, apparel design or coordinated screenprinting/embroidery production—require a separate agreed scope, pricing, timeline and commercial terms. Apparel production is coordinated with production partners; this website does not complete an apparel order.
Accounts and saved progress
Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Do not use another person’s account or try to access their campaign. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Guest drafts and browser recovery data are meant to help you continue. Clearing storage, switching browsers or losing a guest credential can make a guest draft unavailable on that device. A saved account provides a different recovery route when the live member integration is connected. Logging out does not erase campaign data.
Download important drafts for your records. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Planned downtime, a security issue or changes to the service may affect access.
Your content and our materials
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted business information, ideas and recordings. You allow UNKNWNLABS to store, process and use them as needed to provide Studio, generate your draft, support your account, and review a campaign inquiry you send us. That permission does not grant a right to publicly publish your private brief or use your recordings as promotional content without separate permission.
Only submit material you have the right to use. Avoid sensitive personal information and confidential records about customers, employees or others. Record only your own voice unless every participant has agreed to the recording and its submission.
Website design, software, logos and displayed portfolio materials belong to UNKNWNLABS or their respective rights holders. You may use and refine the campaign draft for your own business planning. Downloading a draft does not transfer ownership of the site software, portfolio work or third-party materials. Your use of a generated idea still requires checking any third-party rights, claims or regulatory requirements.
Planning scores and generated drafts
Studio suggestions depend on what you supply and may be incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable for your business. Review the draft before using it. The audience-fit score and orb energy describe game progression and stated preferences; they are not live customer research, guaranteed results or a prediction of revenue, leads or ad performance.
Age and gender choices do not determine fit scores. A proposed email or SMS idea is not permission to message anyone. Any real distribution needs appropriate permissions and applicable marketing requirements.
Future AI responses will require their own configured provider and notice. No automated campaign draft should replace a professional review of your actual offers, budget, rights and operating circumstances.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, harass others, impersonate someone, submit misleading information, introduce malware, bypass access controls, scrape private campaign information or disrupt the service. Do not use Studio to create deceptive or unlawful marketing.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse. Contact us about an access issue or to request a copy of your information where available and permitted by law.
External services
Some links, media, fonts or future integrated services are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices can apply. We do not control their availability, content or changes. See the Privacy Policy for the current and planned providers.
Availability and responsibility
The website and free Studio are provided as available, without a promise that every draft is complete, accurate or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, UNKNWNLABS disclaims implied warranties and responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of free Studio, including reliance on unreviewed campaign suggestions.
Nothing here excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. A separate signed client agreement governs paid work and any negotiated warranties or liability terms. These Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or waive a non-waivable right.
Questions and updates
California law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. We will post revisions here with an updated date and present additional acceptance where required. Contact us about use of Studio or a proposed client relationship.
